Hillary's October Surprise?

Watch and listen for yourself and make up your own mind:

I offer no opinion on the merits of this case one way or the other (my rooting interest is a different matter, and sufficiently obvious as to not require elaboration).  But if Phillip J. Berg's case is legit, all Barry O has to do is stall it until after his election, after which he can barricade himself behind his ill-gotten office like Bill Clinton did for seven years.  The SCOTUS would then be put in the position of either upholding the Constitution and being ragingly accused of a "second" judicial coup de tat (which would be silly, since it would simply put Joe Biden in the White House instead, but work with me here), and against a (half)BLACK MAN to boot, with all the racial/partisan chaos and violence that would ensue; or caving to the harrowingly daunting politics of the situation and letting one more unequivocal chunk of our founding document tumble away with the left-wing oligarchical flotsam.

C'mon, you know what would happen; the Supremes didn't want to get involved in Bush v. Gore; do you really think that Anthony Kennedy would have the balls to side with Justices Scalia, Thomas, Alito, and Chief Justice Roberts and do the right thing per their sworn oaths to uphold the Constitution, if it meant disqualifying for the highest office in the land a (half)BLACK MAN who had already been elected?

Even if Berg's suit reaches Olympus, which is doubtful, it's still going nowhere.  No other outcome is politically possible, the Constitution be damned.
