EBC Missionaries Of The Week: Ed & Sarah Vesser

The Vessers minister at Sybrant Community Church with Village Missions.  This mission helps small, mostly rural chruches which are without a pastor, and usually unable to afford a full-time pastor.  When a church partners with Village Missions, the mission sends a missionary couple and helps to provide their salary so that the church can have a full-time pastor.  The missionaries raise some of their own support, and the churches agree to provide housing and help with other expenses as they are able.

Village Missions fills a tremendous void by helping to keep these small churches open when they might otherwise close their doors for good due to a lack of pastoral leadership.
