How About RICO-izing ACORN?

If there is any racketeer-influenced corrupt organization in Obamerika, it's ACORN.  And, says Representative Peter King (R-NY), it's time for them to go down:

Since Barack Obama is ACORN is Barack Obama, what would a full-scale federal investigation of Red Barry's Sturmabteilung do to The One's hopenchange dreams of Hugo Chavezing America?  Or establishing himself as President-For-Life?  Good thing he's got Eric The Red running interference for him at Injustice, huh?  Any ACORNian that actually makes it to trial can expect the Black Panther treatment.

But at least Congressman King's heart is in the right place, and ACORN has had its allowance docked - for now.  Right?
