Why Should We?

If Charlie Rangel can be a tax cheat and remain the chairman of the House committee that writes tax laws, why should we bother to pay our taxes? He doesn't. Heck, it seems that the majority of Obama's appointees don't, either. I wonder if that argument would hold up in court for we "regular Americans?" How in the world can anyone with a brain still call themselves a Democrat? That bunch in Washington right now is the most corrupt bunch of jerks ever elected. It's just sickening. I hope the Republicans keep after him, if for nothing more than to keep the story alive. Okay..well, certainly not for most media pundits, but at least alive in the blosphere and talk radio so SOME people will be aware of it. I doubt if the Obama cultists care, but hopefully their numbers are shrinking. It seems incredible that their numbers are still substantial, doesn't it? I mean, one has to be willfully ignorant and, frankly, pretty stupid to believe that Barack Obama wants what's best for America when everything he does weakens her.

Okay, I'm rambling. I'm angry. Everthing I read in the conservative blogs and see on Fox News nowadays makes me angry. It's still surreal that we elected this man and discouraging to see the kinds of people who are in positions of power in America, people who care nothing about our freedom, but only about their power. November 2010 can't come soon enough.
