GOP Senate Whip Jon Kyl was a guest on my show Thursday and reported that Congressional Democrats have indeed decided to use reconciliation to resurrect the remains of Obamacare,despite Massachusetts, despite the public's continuing and still growing dislike of the bill, and despite the jam-down ultra-partisanship such a naked power play and perversion of Senate rules that such an approach entails. For over 6 months I have been telling friends, fellow activists, and all believers in individual liberty and limited government that we are, in fact, winning. Some of you openly worried about my mental state, and were probably justified in doing so. Regardless, it now seems undeniable that America is indeed in the midst of a grassroots uprising against big government not seen since the years leading to the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

Consider the Massachusetts Senate election results a modern Lexington and Concord - a political shot heard 'round the world. Republican Scott Brown won Ted Kennedy's seat by explicitly running against ObamaCare and the rest of the Democrats' radical economic agenda. Read More
