Pelosi Group Attacks League of American
Voters
We are hitting a raw nerve!
Our efforts to stop Obamacare – with our ads targeting 23 Congressmen whose
districts strongly oppose a radical health plan – is worrying Democrats.
Really worrying them!
Having failed miserably with their Chavez-like coercion, Pelosi has now
called-out her attack dogs at the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee
(DCCC) to vilify the League of American Voters as a “hate group”.
In a posting on the DCCC web site this weekend they had the audacity to call
upon “Republicans in Congress to disavow this hate group that is working on
their behalf.”
I’ve got news for Pelosi and her minions at the DCCC --- the League of
American Voters doesn’t answer to the Republican Party.
We are a non-partisan group educating the American people to the dangers of
Pelosi’s and Obama’s radical plan.
We also have been highly effective, and that’s why some radical Democrats
have been trying to shut us down.
Soon after we began the fight against Obamacare the very liberal, pro-Obama
League of Women Voters demanded we change our name.
Now the official Democratic Congressional web site is accusing us of hate.
Personally, I wear Pelosi’s attack as a badge of honor and you should too.
It’s a testament to just how powerful the League has become, now with close
to 60,000 members across America.
We need to continue these TV ads that have shocked and angered Pelosi
and her gang – Help Us Today – Go Here Now
It’s clear that liberals are in full-throated panic because of the League’s
new TV ad.
Our campaign to convince Congressmen to “flip” and now vote against Obamacare
is apparently working.
That’s why Democratic lawyers even tried to force TV stations to pull our TV
ads from the air last week, to censor us and our members.
This won’t be the last time frantic liberals like Nancy Pelosi try to smear
us or shut us down.
In fact, the League is planning to launch a second round of TV ads.
Dick Morris, the League’s chief strategist, says we need to keep pouring it
on.
Because of your financial support, we are now running TV ads targeting 23
Congressmen who voted for Obamacare but are vulnerable to changing their votes.
Dick says we need to expand our campaign to target an additional 6
Congressmen.
It’s imperative no Congressmen who backs Obama gets a free ride.
That’s because Obamacare will be decided in the House --- likely by just one
or two votes --- and by the narrowest of margins.
